2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. If goods are returned in bad shape, dry cleaning costs will be deducted from the refund.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you provided for the original order.
For returns within the European Union, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. Upon request, we provide return shipping labels.
Returns from outside the European Union are only accepted upon prior approval.
