Shipping
We ship worldwide from Vienna, Austria. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery times and costs depend on the destination, weight and shipping method you choose. Regular shipments run via the Austrian Post. We recommend to ship with DHL Express to all countries, except Austria, Germany, Switzerland.
We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping. All orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). DHL Express shipments are recommended to the UK, Spain and Italy.
Shipping prices: Austria € 20–25, Europe € 25–40, International € 30–60.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. If goods are returned in bad shape, dry cleaning costs will be deducted from the refund.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you provided for the original order.
For returns within the European Union, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. Upon request, we provide return shipping labels.
Returns from outside the European Union are only accepted upon prior approval.
