Return Policy for EU Buyers
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept shipments with tracking. If the package is lost, we cannot issue a refund without a tracking number.
Returns for International Buyers
Please note that we do not accept returns. If there are any defects not listed in our description, please contact us with photos of the defects.
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Regular shipments run via the Austrian Post. DHL Express shipments are recommended to the UK, Spain and Italy.
Uncollected Orders
Please collect your package from the post office as soon as you receive a notification. Uncollected orders will not be refunded. A refund is also not possible if you provided an incorrect delivery address. Please check your address carefully before purchasing.
The customer did not collect the package
If a package is not picked up or delivery fails due to customer error, the customer bears the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs will not be refunded. Failure to pick up the package constitutes a breach of the customer's duty to cooperate.
